Rasmus has been dedicated to his running hobby for four years, training up to six times a week. This demonstrates his determination and commitment to achieving his goals. Rasmus trains for both short and long distances, but the 300-meter race holds a special place in his heart. In August 2024, Rasmus won the Finnish championship in the 300-meter race for 15-year-olds.

Throughout his competitive career, Rasmus has represented Kauhajoen Karhu, a club known for its successful athletes. His coach, running trainer Miko Mettälä, has supported and guided him in developing as a runner. Additionally, Rasmus’s sponsorships are managed by Tommi Kärkkäinen/TK-valmennus, ensuring that this talented young athlete receives the support he needs. Palax has been supporting Rasmus’s competitive career since 2023.
